At Hotel Kaiserin Elisabeth, our goal is to live by traditions and further develop them with a modern approach. We place special emphasis on respectfully preserving these traditions while connecting to past eras when “the good” in Vienna held particular significance. The Hotel Kaiserin Elisabeth draws its inspiration from the rich Viennese art, architecture, and especially the world-renowned Austrian hospitality.

My name is Andrea Holland. I have been working at Hotel Kaiserin Elisabeth for more than 20 years now, I am responsible for Marketing & Sales, among other duties. Tourism has always been my passion. When I am around the hotel, I greatly value personal conversations with our guests from all over the world.
